Yoga Therapy: Yoga therapy is when we work on specific needs for your child, to bring balance to their minds and bodies. Just like in TCM (traditional Chinese medicine), we target specific meridian energy lines to balance emotions and encourage good organ functionality.
Hypnosis: All Hypnosis is self-hypnosis. I am just their guide to get to them place of peace, to open the subconscious mind to reboot and guide the new mindset we wish to achieve.
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Techniques: Implementing positive techniques such as anchoring, reframing, dissociation for positive mental health
Time Line Therapy: On a conscious level, we speak to the subconscious to remove association away from negative emotions in the past. The memories and learnings will stay with us, but the trauma and emotions are removed so we are able to move forward.
Reiki: Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
Crystal Healing Crystal healing is a holistic, non-invasive, vibrational energy-based system of healing. Crystals absorb, focus, direct, detoxify, shift and diffuse energy as they interact with the electromagnetic forces and subtle vibrations within the subtle human or environmental energy field. In the context of crystal healing, illness is dis-ease, the final manifestation of spiritual, environmental, physiological, psychological, emotional, mental, karmic, or ancestral imbalance or distress. Healing means bringing mind, body, spirit and environment back into harmony, restoring the body’s natural rhythm and equilibrium. The main influence for healing is the chakra philosophy of disease caused by energy imbalances.
I’ve been diagnosed by a team of specialists as having CPTSD. My body has a negative feedback loop program that I am hostage to at any moment. Shannon took my perspective higher.
