Mindful Movement Yoga Classes – START TERM 2

Studies have shown that teaching kids yoga and mindful meditation we can build students’ attentiveness, respect for fellow classmates, self control, and empathy, all while reducing stress, hyperactive behavior, ADHD symptoms, and depression. In addition, grades are shown to improve for students who participate in mindfulness programs.

In a world where electronics rule behavior and disconnection is a rising problem, our next generation needs to build the muscle of awareness.  I believe it is important for us to know how to slow down, calm the mind, be present, be aware and not to judge.

Through Inspired play, Mindful Meditation, Yoga, Yoga Therapy and positive NLP techniques I have created beautiful nurturing classes that will guide and nourish our Little Big Warriors mind, soul and body,

Your child will gain many rewards from learning and practicing Mindful Movement.

The practice will help with focus, emotions, stress, creativity, sleep, mind/body connection and will rejuvenate their spirits.

I work with children as young as 3 years old all the way through teenage years.

Child Care and School Programs are age appropriate to provide the tools for each child to build confidence, manage their emotions in a non-competitive environment.

Private and Group Sessions available. 

Private classes can focus on one or many issues, such as digestive issues, anxiety, menstruation issues, emotions.

Family Yoga is a great way to bond on a deeper level, open the gateway for conversations.

The classes are created so every single child will build strength, stamina, balance, improve overall health and arrive at a place of stillness at the end of each class.
